FAQ

1What is GolRadar?

GolRadar follows live football matches minute by minute and analyzes the stats with AI. When a moment stands out, it shows it in one short sentence, such as "There will be another goal".

2Is GolRadar a betting app?

No. There is no real money, no betting and no links to betting sites in GolRadar. Analyses are for information and entertainment only. The app is for ages 18 and over.

3Are the predictions always right?

No. Each prediction is a statistical model's reading at that moment, and it can miss; no outcome is guaranteed. To see how predictions have done, look at the finished ones. They are all public.

4How are predictions made?

While a match is on, GolRadar tracks the score, the clock, red cards and the flow of play. A statistical model reads the match again every minute. When a reading crosses a set threshold, a prediction is made.

5Why doesn't every match get a prediction?

The model only speaks up when it sees a meaningful moment. In some matches that moment never comes, so there is no prediction. It would rather say nothing than say something for the sake of it.

6Why live matches only?

GolRadar reads the state of a match as it happens: score, minute, flow of play. That information only exists once the match is on, so there are no pre-match predictions.

7Can I see the predictions that missed?

Yes. Every finished prediction is public, misses included. Today's count and the last 30 days are on screen. You don't need a subscription to see them.

8What does "Not counted" mean?

If match data drops and the result can't be confirmed, the prediction is marked "Not counted". It is left out of the hit and total counts.

9Is it free? Is there a trial?

Every finished prediction (misses included), live matches and the daily report are free for everyone. Premium unlocks the content of live predictions. There are weekly, monthly and 3-month plans with the same content. Your first subscription starts with a 3-day free trial, once per Apple Account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

10How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > GolRadar and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

11Do I need an account?

No. GolRadar doesn't ask for an account or an email. Your device gets an anonymous ID, and your preferences and notification registration are stored with it.

12How do I delete my data?

In the app, go to Settings > Delete my data. Your anonymous record and everything linked to it are deleted: preferences, notification registration, invite details and usage events. This can't be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in the App Store.

13How do notifications work?

There are two kinds, and you choose each one separately. The daily report arrives every night at 00:00 and sums up the day; it's free for everyone. Live predictions tell you when a new prediction comes up in your leagues; you see what it says with Premium. Allow notifications first. Change either one in Settings > Notifications in the app, or turn all of them off in iPhone Settings. Choose your leagues on the Leagues screen.

14Which leagues are covered?

31 leagues: the top two divisions in England, Spain, Germany, Italy, France and Türkiye; the top flight in the Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Scotland, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Greece, Norway, Sweden and Poland; the three European club competitions; and the top flight in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Japan.
