Write to us
Include the app version (Settings > About) and your iPhone model so we can find the problem more easily.
Cancelling your subscription
On iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > GolRadar > Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds
Apple takes the payments, so refund requests go to Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Moving to a new phone
Sign in with the same Apple Account on the new phone, install GolRadar and tap Restore Purchases in Settings.
Not getting notifications
- Is GolRadar turned on in iPhone Settings > Notifications?
- In the app, is Daily report or Live predictions selected in Settings > Notifications?
- Is there a live match in your leagues? Not every match gets a prediction.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Settings > Delete my data. Your anonymous record on our server and everything linked to it are deleted straight away. If you have a subscription, cancel it with Apple as well.
