Terms of Use

1 Scope

These terms govern your use of the GolRadar app and website. GolRadar is run by UMUT AKYIGIT ("we"). If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms apply alongside it. By using the app you accept these terms.

2 What GolRadar is, and what it isn't

GolRadar analyzes the statistics of live football matches with AI and shows short predictions.

GolRadar is not a betting app. There is no real money, no betting, no prizes and no links to betting sites. Predictions are for information and entertainment only; they are not advice and no outcome is guaranteed. You are responsible for any decision you make based on them.

3 Age

You must be 18 or over to use GolRadar.

4 Anonymous account

You don't need to sign up; the app creates an anonymous account for you and stores its access key on your device. If you change devices, you can move your subscription with Restore Purchases using the same Apple Account.

5 Free use and Premium

Finished predictions (misses included), live matches and the daily report are free. GolRadar Premium unlocks the content of live predictions, in the app and in notifications.

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: weekly, monthly or every 3 months. The price is shown before you buy.
• Your first subscription includes a 3-day free trial, once per Apple Account. When the trial ends, payment for the chosen plan is charged to your Apple Account.
• The subscription renews for the same length of time unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel, go to iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refund requests are made to Apple under Apple's rules: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• We give advance notice of price changes in line with Apple's rules.

6 Match data

Match data comes from outside sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. If match data drops, the prediction is marked "Not counted" and left out of the count. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7 Invites

You can share your invite code or enter a friend's. There is currently no reward or benefit for inviting. We limit abuse such as automated code attempts.

8 Rules of use

You may not reverse engineer the app or server, collect data with automated tools, overload the service, republish or sell predictions for commercial purposes, or use GolRadar for anything unlawful.

9 Intellectual property

The app, its design, its text and the predictions belong to us. League, club and team names belong to their owners. GolRadar is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

10 Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of predictions or from interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11 Ending use

We may restrict access if these terms are breached. You can delete your account at any time with "Delete my data" and remove the app. Your subscription must be cancelled with Apple separately.

12 Changes

If we change these terms, we update the effective date at the top and announce important changes in the app.

13 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you keep the rights given to you by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country; this choice of law does not take them away. Elsewhere too, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
